Personal Training Packages

Open Gym Hours
Enjoy the flexibility of our Open Gym hours to train at your convenience:
Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
During these times, you’ll have access to our fully equipped facility, including a real-size boxing ring, heavy bags, and strength training equipment. Take advantage of the opportunity to work on your fitness at your own pace, with expert guidance always available.
