Three Programs, One Standard
Every program teaches the same thing: fundamentals first, repetition until it's right, and respect for coaches and training partners.

Mon–Thu · 5:00 PM
Kids, Ages 5–12
Boxing and kickboxing basics built week to week: stance, punches, kicks, footwork, and defense, then mitt work and, when they're ready, controlled partner drills. Always in protective gear. Never sparring.

Mon–Thu · 6:00 PM
Teens, Ages 13+
Their own class, with more technique, more conditioning, and real self-defense. Great for teens continuing from our kids program, and for first-timers too.

Daytime · 2 days a week
Homeschool Classes
Small-group daytime classes for homeschooled kids and teens. Structured PE with real skills attached, built around your school day. Text us for this season's days and times.
What a Class Looks Like
- Warm-up. Movement and footwork drills to get loose and focused.
- Technique. Coaches break down one skill at a time: stance, guard, punches, kicks, and defense.
- Mitts, pads, and bags. Kids put the skill to work with a coach or partner holding pads.
- Controlled partner drills. Once a coach says they're ready, kids drill with a partner in protective gear, with coaches watching every pair. Kids never spar.
- Finish strong. Conditioning, then closing out class together as a team.
Why Parents Choose Wolfpack
Coaches who've actually competed
Led by founder Jake Poss, a former IKF World Champion and WBC American Champion. Our coaches know the right way to teach it because they've lived it.
Safety comes first
Kids are grouped by age and skill level, always wear protective gear, and only start partner drills when a coach says they're ready. Every drill is coach-controlled, and kids never spar.
Confidence and discipline
Kids learn to listen, focus, work hard, and handle themselves. That carries over to school, home, and everywhere else.
Real skills, not just games
Skills build week to week, so kids can see and feel their progress. It's a real martial art taught the right way, and it's a great workout.

Will boxing make my child more aggressive?
Parents usually see the opposite. Structured training builds discipline, focus, and self-control, and our coaches teach restraint and respect long before power.
What should my child bring to the first class?
Comfortable workout clothes and a water bottle. Gloves are available to borrow for the first class. Classes are on the mat, barefoot.
Is the first class free?
Yes. Your child's first class is free. Text us or fill out the free class form, then create your account and sign the waiver in the free Glofox app (a parent or guardian signs for anyone under 18).
